1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The teapot must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your teapots suitable for different types of tea?
Yes. We offer teapots ideal for black tea, green tea, oolong, herbal tea, and blooming teas. Each product page includes recommended tea types.
6. Are the teapots dishwasher safe?
It depends on the material:
- Glass and stainless steel teapots are usually dishwasher safe.
- Cast iron and delicate ceramic teapots should be hand-washed only.

7. Do your teapots retain heat well?
Yes. Our cast iron and double-wall glass teapots are excellent at keeping tea warm for a long time. Glass teapots allow you to enjoy the beautiful color of the tea while brewing.
8. Are the teapots safe to use?
Absolutely. All Teavelle teapots are made with food-grade, BPA-free materials and meet U.S. safety standards.
9. Do the teapots come with an infuser?
Many of our glass and ceramic teapots include a removable stainless steel infuser for loose leaf tea. This is clearly stated on each product page.
10. What sizes do you offer?
We offer teapots ranging from 300ml (single serve) to 1500ml (perfect for sharing with family and friends). Exact capacity is listed on every product page.
11. How do I clean my teapot?
Rinse with warm water after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mixture of baking soda and vinegar or mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, especially on cast iron.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my teapot arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
